Patrick Walsh, founder of Provence Wine Imports Inc., was raised in the heart of Provence, where he absorbed the French way of life, especially its deep-rooted wine culture. Growing up in this renowned winemaking region, wine knowledge, appreciation, and traditions have been woven into his daily life.

With dual U.S.-French citizenship, Patrick was born in Boston, MA, and spent his youth in Aix-en-Provence. This unique background gives him a keen understanding of both the American market and the timeless French approach to winemaking. Passionate about preserving and sharing France's wine heritage, Patrick believes in fostering an authentic connection to French culture through its iconic wines—one of the pillars of its economy and a symbol of its heritage.

“The reason for the establishment of PWI is to bring and open to American citizens high-quality and authentic certified French wines, and to shed light on the independent winegrowers of Europe. The market, currently does not represent quite the spirit of many producers who know how to combine conviviality, proximity and quality. It was really important for me to open up the way to these smaller winegrowers, producers passionately devoted to their craft and terroirs, towards consumers ever-more attracted by the French art of living.”
